Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At Nextedge Ventures Sdn Bhd, we are committed to delivering quality training programs and education consultancy services. By enrolling in our programs or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
All payments made are subject to the conditions below.
2. Training Programs
2.1 Cancellation by Participant

Written notice must be submitted via email prior to the program start date.

Refund eligibility is as follows:

More than 7 days before start date: Up to 70% refund of fees paid

3–7 days before start date: Up to 50% refund

Less than 3 days before start date or no-show: No refund

2.2 After Program Commencement

No refunds will be provided once the training program has started.

Partial attendance or non-completion does not qualify for a refund.
2.3 Replacement / Transfer

Participants may request to transfer to another intake or nominate a replacement (subject to approval).

Requests must be made at least 3 days before the program start date.
3. Study Abroad & Consultancy Services
3.1 Service Fees

Consultancy or service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced (e.g., counselling, application processing, documentation support).
3.2 Third-Party Payments

Fees paid to third parties (e.g., universities, embassies, visa processing centers) are subject to their respective refund policies.

Nextedge Ventures Sdn Bhd is not responsible for refunds from third-party institutions.
3.3 Unsuccessful Applications

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

Rejection by educational institutions

Visa denial or delays

Changes in personal circumstances

4. Cancellation by Nextedge Ventures
Nextedge Ventures Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, trainer availability, or force majeure).
In such cases, participants may choose:

A full refund, or
-
Transfer to a future program
5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

Any bank or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Administrative or registration fees (if applicable)

Promotional or discounted program fees (unless stated otherwise)

Any completed portion of services
